Do I pay customs if I live outside of the U.S.?

Customers outside of the U.S. pay taxes and duty fees when buying gems online. The tax rate in Europe and Australia usually comes to about 20% for imports over $1,000.

We ship through FedEx International which costs between $90 and $120 with insurance (billed to you at the time of your purchase). Your duty fees are processed as soon as the shipment enters your country.

Who’s going to pay the duty fees?

Can’t you declare a lower value than what I paid?

We declare and insure our gemstones at full value in accordance with International Laws. Ethics and transparency are at the heart of what we do, and we’re also in the karma business. We want us both to be on Saturn’s good side… even if it means having to declare the full value of your shipment!
